When can I start receiving Club Pogo Renewal Rewards?
The Club Pogo Renewal Rewards program is valid for renewals occurring after July 13, 2010 for US, Canada and UK subscribers only. Club Pogo Renewal Rewards for the 3-Month plan program is valid for renewals occurring after February 28, 2012 for US, Canada and UK subscribers only.
Which subscription plans are eligible for Club Pogo Renewal Rewards?
Club Pogo members who join Club Pogo by putting a credit card down for a monthly, 3-Month, or annual plan and have their subscription renew automatically are eligible for Renewal Rewards. Members must have a valid credit card on file for their subscription to renew automatically (and receive rewards).
What Rewards do I get for renewing my Club Pogo membership?
You will receive the following rewards for renewing your membership based on which subscription plan you are currently on:
Annual Plan: Club Pogo subscribers with a valid credit card on file and an automatically renewing subscription on an annual plan receive 100 Pogo Gems and 1 month of free Club Pogo game time added to their account upon renewal.
3-Month Plan: Club Pogo subscribers with a valid credit card on file and an automatically renewing subscription on a 3-month plan receive 25 Pogo Gems added to their account upon renewal.
Monthly Plan: Club Pogo subscribers with a valid credit card on file and an automatically renewing subscription on a month-to-month plan receive 8 Pogo Gems added to their account upon renewal.

When do I receive my rewards if I'm an annual member?
Club Pogo subscribers with a valid credit card on file and an automatically renewing subscription on an annual plan receive 100 Pogo Gems and 1 month of free Club Pogo game time added to their account upon renewing with Club Pogo for another year. After the renewal is verified, it may take 5-7 days for the reward to appear in your account.
Your free 1 month of Club Pogo game time will be added at/is played out at the end of the renewed year. This means we will be extending your renewal date by 1 month for free!
For example, if you renew your membership on September 1, 2010, you will receive your 1 month of free Club Pogo Game Time at the end of that year's membership. This means your new renewal date will be October 1, 2011 (instead of September 1, 2011).
When do I receive my rewards if I'm a 3-Month (quarterly) member?
Club Pogo subscribers with a credit card on file and an automatically renewing subscription on a 3-month plan receive 25 Pogo Gems after a verified 3-month subscription renewal. it may take 5-7 days for the reward to appear in your account. You will be rewarded for every 3-months you renew on your plan.When do I receive my rewards if I'm a monthly member?
Club Pogo subscribers with a credit card on file and an automatically renewing subscription on a month-to-month plan receive 8 Pogo Gems after a verified monthly subscription renewal. It may take 5-7 days for the reward to appear in your account. You will be rewarded for every new month you renew on your plan.
I use Recycle Bank or My Coke Rewards to renew my membership. Am I eligible for rewards?
Unfortunately, membership rewards for members who use Recycle Bank or My Coke Rewards are not available at this time. To be eligible for Renewal Rewards, you must be on an automatically renewing subscription plan with a valid credit card on file.
What happens if I am on an automatically renewing monthly plan and upgrade to a 1 year membership plan? Will I get a reward?
Yes. If you renew onto an annual plan that is an automatically renewing subscription with a valid credit card on file, you will receive your Renewal Rewards of 100 Pogo Gems and 1 month of free Club Pogo game time upon validation of your renewal.
What happens if I am on Club Pogo game time (My Coke Rewards/Club Pogo Gift Subscription/Paypal or PaybyCash Club Pogo subscription) and upgrade to a monthly or annual subscription plan that is eligible for rewards?
Congratulations! Once you become a subscriber on a monthly or annual plan that automatically renews, with a valid credit card on file, you are now eligible to receive Club Pogo Renewal Rewards! You will receive your rewards upon your next valid renewal.
What happens if I add Club Pogo game time (My Coke Rewards/Club Pogo Gift Subscription/Paypal or PaybyCash Club Pogo subscription) to my existing monthly or annual subscription plan? Will I receive rewards for that time?
No, only renewals as part of your monthly or annual automatically renewing subscription plan with a valid credit card on file count towards Renewal Rewards.
Do I have to keep my credit card information on file at all times to be eligible for rewards?
No, you do not have to keep your credit card information on file at all times to be eligible. However, you should rest assured that your information is safe with us. Should you choose not to keep your billing information on file, please make sure it is available at least 7 business days prior to your automatic renewal date to be eligible for rewards.
Can I just go ahead and renew right now?
While we appreciate your dedication, it is currently not possible to renew your membership at a time different than your automatic renewal. For example, if your subscription is due to renew in March of next year, then you won't be able to get your rewards for renewing until then.
