How do I become a subscriber?

- Sign in to your Xbox LIVE account.
- Search for and download the free EA SPORTS app from Game Marketplace
- Locate the EA SPORTS app in your Game Library, and select "Play Game."
- Purchase EA SPORTS Season Ticket for 2000 Microsoft points.
PlayStation®3 (only available in North America on PS3):
- Sign in to your PlayStation®Network account.
- Go to PlayStation®Store and search for EA SPORTS Season Ticket.
- Select and make your purchase EA SPORTS Season Ticket for $24.99.
What titles are included in the subscription?
EA SPORTS Season Ticket benefits are presently limited to 5 titles: FIFA Street, Madden NFL Football, NHL®, FIFA, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR® and NCAA®Football -- starting with Madden NFL 12.
How long does the subscription last?
The subscription lasts 12 consecutive months starting on the day you subscribe.
How do I purchase/renew my subscription?
XBOX Live users will need to:
- Sign in to your Xbox LIVE account.
- Search for and download the free EA SPORTS app from Game Marketplace.
- Locate the EA SPORTS app in your Game Library, and select "Play Game."
- Purchase EA SPORTS Season Ticket for 2000 Microsoft points.
- Sign in to your PlayStation®Network account.
- Go to PlayStation®Store and search for EA SPORTS Season Ticket.
- Select and purchase EA SPORTS Season Ticket for $24.99.
- EA SPORTS™ Season Ticket subscription renews automatically and continues until cancelled. At the end of the term, cost of the next term will automatically be deducted from your PlayStation® wallet. If there are not enough funds in the wallet, your credit card will automatically be charged.
- To cancel the automatic renew, or to view the service, please go to your Services List which is found in Account Management > Transaction Management.
What are the benefits of the subscription?
Benefits include:
- Early Release of all participating titles 3-days before they go on sale at retailers. The Early Release version times out when the game goes on sale at retailers. You will need to purchase the game at retail to continue playing. All of the achievements and progress earned during Early Release follow you to your retail version of the game. At this time, Ultimate Team game modes are not available with Early Release.
- 20% discount on all paid downloadable content for all participating titles -- includes Ultimate Team paid downloadable content. The discount is available on all titles released after August 29, 2011.
- Premium web content for free, starting with FIFA Creation Centre.
- Subscription recognition badge appears in-game and next to your EASPORTS.com web profile to identify you as a Season Ticket subscriber.
How much does the subscription cost?
The subscription costs 2000 Microsoft points in all countries where EA SPORTS Season Ticket is available; 2000 Microsoft points can be purchased for $25USD through Xbox. On PlayStation®3, EA SPORTS Season Ticket is available for $24.99USD.
Can I buy my subscription online?
No. EA SPORTS Season Ticket can only be purchased within Xbox LIVE, PlayStation®Network and within participating titles at this time.
Is anything in this program something that was offered for free before?
All four program benefits are new to our customers and/or items that would previously have come at an additional charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of your 12-month subscription period.

Removing the Early Release from your Hard Drive
On 360 from the Dashboard:
- Go to My Xbox -> Select System Settings -> Memory -> Hard Drive -> Games -> Madden NFL 12 -> Delete Madden NFL 12 Early Release
- Highlight "Game" -> Navigate to the Madden NFL 12 Early Release game that has been installed -> Select the triangle button for Options -> Delete
The ability to play the retail game does not require you to delete the Early Release; you can delete it at any time.
