If you joined EA Play through Steam, Epic, PlayStation®, or Xbox, you’ll need to contact their support team directly if you have issues when canceling your membership.
If you cancel but weren’t at the end of your membership period, you can continue to use your EA Play membership until the Membership Expiration date listed in the EA Play tab of your EA Account settings.
Your payment method for EA Play won’t be removed until your Membership Expiration date. You’ll have the option to reverse the cancelation until that date.
To renew your EA Play membership, go to the EA Play tab of your EA Account settings. If you recently canceled, select Renew Membership to rejoin EA Play on PC. If you don’t see an option to renew, select Sign Up.

You can ask PlayStation® Support to cancel your membership if you want to stop EA Play right away, but you won’t be eligible for a refund of any unused time.

EA Play memberships are not refundable.
There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances. For example, if you upgrade to EA Play Pro on the EA app, you’ll be refunded for the remaining paid time left on your initial EA Play membership.
