The STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes Web Store isn’t available to child accounts. If you’re under 18-years-old, you won’t be able to connect and use the Web Store.
The STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes Web Store is a web version of the Data Card store where you can browse the packs and bundles that are available in your game and other special offers. Buy what you need from the Web Store, then claim your purchases directly from your Inbox in the game.
To access the Web Store, you need to link your account in the game first.
You’ll see a confirmation screen that says your account has been successfully linked.
Heads-up that using the EA connect option doesn’t back up your game. To save your game progress, link to Apple Game Center or Google Play.
That’s up to you. You can use the same email you’ve used to link to Apple Game Center, Google Play, your EA Account, or use a different one.
If you use the email that’s already linked to your EA Account, your STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes account will connect to it. If you use a different email that’s not yet linked, that will create a new game account.
You can change the email you set up for the Web Store at any time by logging in to your EA Account.
Making a purchase using Crystals or Ally Points will use the balance on your account. If the balance isn't enough, you’ll get an error message.
Any free items, or items you buy using game currency, will be added automatically to your account. You’ll get a message in your game Inbox telling you what you bought, but you don’t need to do anything to claim it.
