How does Match History work?

Your Match History displays all the applicable EAS FC online matches you’ve played in the past seven days. These matches contribute to your personal Connection Quality Score.

Here’s what you can see in your Match History:

  • the date you played a match
  • info about each match, including which game mode it was played in and the status of the match
  • your Connection Quality for each match
  • the Connection Quality metrics of each match, including the ping, packet loss, and jitter
  • your ISP
  • your platform
  • your network type, whether or not you were wired with an Ethernet cable or wireless
  • the type of internet you play on, whether it’s dial-up, cable/DSL, corporate, or cellular.

Why didn’t a match I played show up in Match History?

There are a few different reasons why a match may not show in Match History.

  • It may not have been played in an applicable EA SPORTS FC™ online match.
  • You may have disabled your Usage Sharing Data setting from within the game.
  • You’re playing from an unsupported country or region.
  • The data may not have made it to the tool/site in some cases.

What does “Complete” and “Incomplete” mean in Match History?

  • Complete: This match was played all the way through to the end.
  • Incomplete: This match was not played all the way through to the end. It ended early, like if a player quits or one of the players loses their connection to the match.

When you’re logged in to the EA Connection Quality Report, your ISP is determined based on the ISP that you last played an EAS FC online match from.

When you're not logged in to the site, your ISP is determined based on the IP address you’re accessing the site from.

You can stop sharing data by disabling the Usage Sharing Data option from inside the game. You can find this setting within the Privacy Settings section of the Online Settings.
