Once you’ve redeemed your game code, follow these steps to download your edition bundle, premium content, or other DLC on Xbox:

1. Open the Microsoft store and choose Use a Code.
2. Enter the code for your bonus content.
   • If you pre-ordered, you may have your code on a receipt or in an email.
   • When you enter your code, check it by reading it to yourself a second time. It’ll help you catch mistakes.
3. Press the Menu button on your controller.
4. Select Manage game and add-ons.
5. Select your game box at the upper right of the screen.
6. Choose Manage installation on [drive name].
   • This brings up a list of items including the game itself and any available add-ons.
7. Check the checkbox beside every item you want to install.
8. Select Save changes.
9. Wait for your download to finish. This can take up to half an hour.
10. Start your game.

If the steps above don’t work, it’s possible something went wrong with one of the downloaded files. To fix it, try these steps.

1. If your game is running, shut it down.
2. Press the Menu button on your controller.
3. Choose Manage games and add-ons.
4. Select your game box at the upper right of the screen.
5. Choose Manage installation on [drive name].
   • This brings up a list of items including the game itself and any available add-ons.
6. Uncheck the checkbox beside everything except the game itself.
7. Select Save changes and wait for the uninstallation to finish.
8. Once that’s done, power off your Xbox completely.
9. Wait 2 minutes, then restart.
10. Go back to Manage game and add-ons using the steps above.
11. Select your game box at the upper right of the screen.
12. Choose Manage installation on [drive name].
13. Check the checkbox beside every item you want to install.
14. Select Save changes.
15. Wait for your download to finish. This can take up to half an hour.
16. Power off your Xbox again, then restart it and try your game again.
