The Head to Head game mode has its own device requirements. If your device doesn’t meet these requirements, you won’t be able to play. Below spec devices result in a bad experience for both players because of how the mode works.

If your device isn’t listed, it can still work if you have the following specs:

The next season of FIFA Mobile can be played in up to 60 FPS (frames per second). With this higher FPS, you’ll get a more detailed and responsive visual experience.
To reach 60 FPS your device needs to meet or exceed these requirements:

Will I lose my account and progress?
You won’t lose your account or progress when the new season starts, but you won’t be able to play until you switch to a supported device.
Always make sure you link your account to Facebook, Apple ID, or Google Play to ensure your account is backed up.
Once you’ve switched to a supported device, log in to carry over your progress to the new season.
If my device isn’t supported, can I still play the Preseason Freeze Program?
Yep! The Preseason Freeze Program lets you earn Packs and Player Items that can be transferred once the new season starts. Just remember to link your account and use the same account when you switch to a supported device.
Any Packs and Player Items from Preseason Freeze will only transfer over if you’re playing FIFA Mobile on a supported device.
The best way to contact us is by creating an in-game ticket. This sends us through details about your account and means we can help you faster.
- On the home screen, tap the Settings cogwheel in the top right corner.
- Find Customer Service on the list, and tap Visit.
- Follow the instructions on-screen to contact us.
If you can’t log into the game, we’ll ask for your User ID when you contact us, so make sure you have it handy.
