If you’ve bought a physical disc copy of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, or a digital code from a retailer (other than Xbox, PlayStation, Origin or Steam), you need to redeem your code before you can install your game.

If you bought a digital copy of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, you’ll need to download and install it too:
This is a single download; you can’t download each game individually, and all downloadable content (DLC) is included. You may also need to download and install a patch before you can play.
As we mentioned, this is a large download, so it will likely take longer than usual.
