To move your saves and progress to a device with a different operating system, you need an EA Account.
Updating apps or the operating system on your device can sometimes sign you out of your Game Center or Google Play account. This can make it seem like your account is missing.
If your Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account is linked to your Google Play or Game Center account, you can recover your game account, progress, and units by signing back in.

If you didn’t link Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes to Game Center or Google Play on your device, your account is a Guest account.
You can’t move saves or progress from a Guest account to a new device. You can only restore saves on the device where you created your Guest account.

If you want to move your Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account to a device with a different operating system ( like iOS to Android), you’ll need access to both devices and an active EA Account.
On your old device
First, link your Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account to your EA Account on your old device.
