How to report a player in STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes

We want to keep Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes a safe, fair, and fun place for everyone. When you install or play any EA game, you agree to play fairly and follow our rules. We take any breaches of our Rules of Conduct or Positive Play Charter very seriously.

Abuse, harassment, and cheating are against our rules. If you notice a player breaking our rules in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, follow the instructions below to let us know.

1. Before reporting a player, double-check our Rules of Conduct to make sure what you’ve encountered breaks our rules.
2. If you’re sure another player has broken the rules, let us know by filling out this form.

Reporting another player doesn’t mean they’ll be banned automatically. Once you submit the form, we’ll investigate and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t inform you about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.
