Follow these steps to find your User ID in Command & Conquer.
- If you’re locked out of the game or have lost your device, have your User ID ready before reaching out to us. Our advisors need it to help you. Without it, we can’t find your account.
- Make sure to link your account to save your game progress.
- Open Command & Conquer: Rivals.
- Tap the Settings cogwheel on the bottom right of the main menu.
- Tap About in the second column.
- Your User ID is the string of numbers called PersonaId.
