Can’t access your game?

Have your ID ready before reaching out to us here on EA Help. Without it, we can’t find your account.

On the EA Help homepage, enter the title of your mobile game into the search bar.
Select the mobile game you need help with.
Select See all help topics.
Select Manage my account on the left side.
Select I need help recovering my mobile game.
Select the available option to connect with an EA Advisor.
