Follow these steps to get help directly in the game or find your Player ID in case you can’t access the game.

Get help in-game

If you’re playing Plants vs Zombies 3 and need help, the fastest way to get it is by contacting us in the game. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Open the Settings menu from your home screen.
Select Help.

Find your Player ID

Make sure to always have your Player ID when you contact us so we can find your account.

Open the Settings menu from your home screen.
You’ll see your Player ID at the bottom of the screen.

Can’t access the game?

If you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, go to this page and choose the available option to get in touch with an advisor. We’ll need your Player ID to help you. Without it, we can’t find your account.
