What is the Manchester City x PUMA x EA SPORTS FC™ 26 kit?

For help with redemption or missing items, go to the Manchester City site. 
It’s a limited-edition kit designed by PUMA, Manchester City, and EA SPORTS FC™. The kit includes an NFC (Near-Field Communication) chip in the crest that unlocks in-game content in EA SPORTS FC™ 26, plus giveaways, content, and prizes throughout the season from Manchester City.The kit will be available from PUMA.com, Manchester City Official Stores, and select retailers worldwide from October 15, 2025. 

What does the NFC chip on the kit do? How do I scan it?

When you scan the crest with a compatible smartphone, you’ll be taken to a landing page where you can access these in-game:
  • Sign up for in-game rewards in Ultimate Team™ and Clubs.
  • Access to exclusive Manchester City content and competitions.
  • Redeem giveaways and discounts during the 2025/26 season from Manchester City.
To scan the crest:

    Make sure NFC is turned on in your phone’s settings.
    • iPhones 7 and later usually have NFC enabled.
    • On Android, search NFC in your settings to make sure it’s on.

    Hold the back of your phone near the Manchester City crest on the jersey.
  3. 3
    Wait for a notification to appear on your screen, then select it to open the landing page.

What in-game rewards are available from the kit in EA SPORTS FC™ 26?

If you scan your NFC tag and register your details before 12 January 2026 at 23:59 GMT, you’ll get:
  • Ultimate Team™: The Man City x EA SPORTS FC™ kit.
  • Ultimate Team™: A 7-game Loan Player Pick.
  • Clubs: 2 tattoos and 1 glove item.
In-game content is available as long as online services for EA SPORTS FC™ 26 are active. You can find more info on EA online features on our Service Updates page. 
Rewards can take up to 24 hours to appear in-game. You’ll need to log in to the game to see your rewards.There are two different dates when rewards can show up in-game:
  • November 19, 2025 at 7:00pm GMT if you registered your crest between October 15, 2025 and November 10, 2025 at 11:59pm GMT.
  • January 19, 2026 at 7:00pm GMT if you registered your crest between November 11, 2025 and January 10, 2026 at 11:59pm GMT.

How long does the promotion last?

The collection will be available in-store from October 15, 2025.
  • Register between October 15–November 10, 2025 at 11:59pm GMT for the first access window.
  • Register between November 11, 2025–January 10, 2026 at 11:59pm GMT for the second access window.
