The SimCity BuildIt Web Store isn’t available to child or teen accounts. If you’re under 18 years old, you can’t access the Web Store.We also can’t transfer Web Store purchases between accounts, so make sure you’re logged in to the right one before buying.

How to access the Web Store

To access the Web Store, you need to link your SCBI account to Google, Apple, or Facebook in the game first. Once your account is linked or if it’s already linked, follow these steps.

    Open SimCity BuildIt Web Store.

    Select Connect.
  3. 3
    Select Log in for either Google Play, Apple, or Facebook with the same account that is linked to your game.

    Select Continue when prompted to access the Web Store.

    Select your item(s).

    Add your payment info.

    Review your order and click Pay. We’ll send the receipt to your email.

How to claim a purchase in SCBI

    Log in to your game and open your Inbox.

    You’ll see a message in your Inbox to claim your purchase(s).
  3. 3
    Select Claim to open the pack and add the item(s) to your game account.

How to get a refund

Refunds are processed by the SimCity BuildIt Webstore vendor, Xsolla. You can contact Xsolla about a refund. Learn more about Xsolla’s refund policy.
