How to reset your SW:TOR password

Go to the Account section on the SW:TOR website.

Select I don’t remember my password.

Follow the instructions on-screen.

Check your inbox for a password reset email with a link.

Use the link and set a new password.

Contact SW:TOR support for help updating your SW:TOR account email address.

How to reactivate an inactive linked EA Account

If it’s been a while since you last played SW:TOR, your EA Account might be inactive. Follow these steps to reactivate your EA Account.

If you created your SW:TOR account before 2018, an EA Account was automatically created for you using your SWTOR.com email and password when you signed up.

If your EA and SW:TOR account use the same email

Head here to reset your EA Account password and reactivate your account.

If your EA and SW:TOR account use different emails

If your SW:TOR account and EA Account email addresses are different but you have access to them both, you can reset the password and reactivate the EA Account your SW:TOR account is linked to.Still not working? Contact SW:TOR support if your SW:TOR account email address isn’t the same as the one for your EA Account and you can’t get access.
