Then, watch the official EA Twitch stream during the EA SPORTS FIFA Global Series. You’ll get the chance to get untradeable rewards in FUT with Twitch Drops.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Twitch Drops are available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
• Players that get Twitch Drops rewards are randomly selected.
  • If you’re selected, you’ll see your reward in FUT within 24 hours of the event.
• You need to have a FUT account before we grant rewards.
• Make sure your Twitch account and EA Account are linked while you’re watching the streams if you want to get rewards.

Connect your EA Account to your Twitch account, then start watching the EA SPORTS FIFA Global Series streams. It’s as easy as that.

1. First make sure your Gamertag or PSN ID is linked to your EA Account.
   • Already connected but not sure what account it’s linked to? Find out which account by following our steps here.
2. Now let's get connected. Go to the login page for Twitch and sign in or create your account.
   • Check that you're using the right Twitch account. This is the Twitch account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards.
   
   
   
3. Enter your EA Account info on the Connect with Twitch screen and click Next.
   
   
4. Enter your security code and click Log In.
   • If you set up App Authenticator, we'll send your security code to your phone. If you haven't set it up, you'll get your code in your email.
     
     
5. Click the Yes, link them button to link your EA and Twitch accounts.
   
   
   • You’ll get a notification that you’re successfully linked.
6. Check your Connections in your Twitch Settings. You should see Electronic Arts listed under Other Connections.

Did you link the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account? Disconnecting Electronic Arts from your Twitch account in your Twitch Connection Settings won’t unlink your accounts.

Follow our steps here to make sure you get unlinked:

1. Click Contact Us at the top of help.ea.com.
2. Choose FIFA 19 as your game.
3. Pick your platform that you play on.
4. Click Twitch for the topic.
5. Click Account link issue for the issue.
6. You’ll be taken to a page with the message: Click here if you need to unlink your EA Account from your Twitch account.

Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Twitch account, you’ll need to unlink your accounts from Twitch, too.

1. Go to twitch.tv.
2. Go to your Settings.
3. Click Connections.
4. Scroll down to Other connections.
5. Click Disconnect next to Electronic Arts.

Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Twitch account to the right EA Account to start getting your rewards.
