Error "Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred."

iOS tablets OS 13 or higher | Creating support tickets in-game

Workaround:

  1. Close the game and close all Safari tabs.
  2. Clear your history in Safari.
  3. Go to Device Settings, then Safari.
  4. Click on Request Desktop Site and turn OFF this option.
  5. Open the game again and try to create a support ticket from in-game.
  6. If the "Aa" option in the browser is active, you should be able to create a ticket from in-game.

Error 104, 'Out of Sync' message, or a freeze and restart at the loading screen

Workaround: Force-close and restart the game, or uninstall and reinstall the app.

Error Code 9

Mobile | Gameplay

You’ll see this message if you try to join a Raid and don’t meet the character requirements.

Workaround: Your characters should have a Star Rating that is the same or higher than the Raid you’re trying to join.

For example, a Tier 5 Raid needs a 5 Star or higher character.
