Play with life — but keep it clean. Make sure to avoid these things so that you can stay in the game.

The Sims Mobile is all about fun for everyone. So let’s keep it that way.

Why was I banned or suspended?

We’ve got some rules to make sure that everyone can enjoy playing. If you break those rules, it harms the fun and safe environment for everyone else.

Check out the rules and read through section six of the EA Terms of Service.

Always make sure you’re being fair while you’re having fun and following our rules, too.

Here are some things that will get you and your Sims in trouble:

Offensive Sim name

Make sure you name your Sim something that won’t offend other Simmers. You can even name your Sim Taco if you want. But offensive names are not allowed.

Offensive Player name

Just like your Sims, feel free to name yourself whatever you’d like — as long as it isn’t offensive.

We also suggest not using your real name or information. That way you can keep your secret stuff secret.

Offensive player profile picture

If you use a picture for your profile that’s offensive, that just isn’t cool. Remember, Simmers of all ages play The Sims Mobile. If your parents wouldn’t allow it, don’t do it.

Offensive house layout

We all love to get creative with our houses and really go to town on the style and design. But there are certain layouts that can look… questionable. You don’t see celebrity house designers designing questionably-shaped houses. Keep your houses Sims (and player) friendly.

Offensive/abusive chat

The Sims Mobile is awesome because you can chat with other Simmers while you hang out at Parties. But offensive chats are not okay.

When in doubt, remember your parents. Would they let you talk to them with that mouth? We don’t think so.

What’s considered offensive?

Think about it this way: if you’re offended by something, someone else probably is, too. Keep that in mind when you’re playing the game.

For more specifics, here are some things that are against our rules:

Offensive content

This can be pictures, text, names — anything. Keep them all friendly and fun.

Respect your fellow Simmers. Respect means you never harass or embarrass anybody else.

Don’t advertise for anything, including pay-to-play gaming sites, products or items for sale, you name it.

Real-life threats

That means against other Simmers, places, people, or even yourself. Making threats is not okay.
