When you sign up for your EA Account, you agree to play by our rules. These rules help keep games fair and fun for everyone.
When players break our rules, some games let you report cheating, harassment, and inappropriate or illegal content right in the game or service. This is the best way to report issues because it automatically grabs some of the information we need to investigate.
If there’s no in-game option, you can submit a report through EA Help.
When submitting a report, make sure you use the category that best fits the issue.
Don't report content as illegal unless you think a criminal offense has been committed in our game or service.
Players in Australia can also report illegal and harmful content to the eSafety Commissioner.
The eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s independent regulator for online safety and helps safeguard Australians from the most serious forms of online harm.

You can report posts on EA Forums, too.
If you want to report another player’s username ID or gamertag, or if another player has sent you harassing messages in a chat on PlayStation® or Xbox, you can report them directly to PlayStation® and Xbox.
If you’ve seen something on X, Facebook, or another online platform, make a report directly to that platform.
If your game isn’t listed above, you may still be able to report players in-game using the EA app.
If in-game reporting isn't available or you need to report something that happened online, you can give us the details right here on EA Help.
