What you can do if you can’t access your EA Account email address

If you can’t access the email account attached to your EA Account, get in touch with your email service provider (like Yahoo or Gmail) to see if you can recover it. Look for these options on the sign-in page of your email service provider’s website, or visit their support site for more help.If you can access your emails and need to figure out which one is connected to your EA Account, check out the info below.

Platform account

In some cases, your EA Account’s email address might be the same as your platform account.If this is the case, you might be able to find your EA Account email address in your EA game settings.These steps are for PlayStation® and Xbox only and may not work for every game.

    Open your EA game on PlayStation® or Xbox.

    Navigate to the Settings or Options menu.
  3. 3
    Check the Connected Accounts or EA Account section to find your linked EA Account’s email. 

EA app

Follow the steps to find your EA Account email address in the EA App.

    Launch the EA app and log in to your EA Account.

      On PC: click the menu icon (it looks like three lines stacked together) in the top-left corner of the app and select Settings.

      On Mac: find the Settings screen in the dropdown under EA app on your taskbar.

    Select My account.

    Under My profile, select Manage.

    A browser window will open with your account settings on EA.com. In the About Me tab, you’ll see a preview of your email address.

Follow the steps to find your EA Account email address on EA.com.

    Open an incognito browser window. 
    • It’s important you use an incognito browser because your normal browser can have issues with the cache.

    Go to the login page on EA.com.

    Sign in using your phone number, or choose one of the platform buttons and sign in using the email address that’s linked to your platform account.

    You’ll now be logged in to your EA Account. 
    • If you’re asked to verify your account, follow the on-screen steps.

    Select the Manage My Account tab and choose Change Email Address from the dropdown.

    Under Email Address, you’ll be able to see part of the email address you used to create your EA Account.
