Troubleshooting common unlinking issues
If your account is disabled, banned, or suspended, you won’t be able to unlink your platform account from your EA Account. If you need help with a disabled account, you can try our steps for resetting your password to re-enable your account.If you think we made a mistake by banning or suspending your account, find out how to dispute it.
If you think your EA Account has been hacked and another platform account was added, learn what you can do to try and resecure your EA Account.If you think your platform account has been hacked, you’ll need to contact your platform’s support team.
