Reset your child’s password from the EA app

Make sure you use your child’s EA ID when you request a password reset, not your email.If you request the reset using your email address instead of your child’s EA ID, you’ll reset the password for your adult EA Account instead of your child’s.
To reset your child’s password:

    Open the EA app.
  2. 2
    Select Forgot your password? on the login screen. 
  3. 3
    Enter the EA ID for your child’s account—not your email address.
  4. 4
    Select Send.
  5. 5
    We’ll send a verification code to your email. Enter the code and update the password to sign back in.
