How to access the Transfer Market

If you don’t have automatic access to the Transfer Market in the Web or Companion Apps, you’ll need to earn access by playing the game.
Need help logging in? Use these steps to reset your password or to find out which email address you need to use to sign in. Make sure to log in to the EA Account that’s linked to your game.

How long does it take to unlock the Transfer Market?

Our advisors can't grant access to the EAS FC Transfer Market or tell you when you’ll get access.
How long it takes to unlock the Transfer Market is based on a few factors.
  • Your account history and if it’s in good standing from following the EAS FC rules.
  • The number of Ultimate Team™ accounts you’re using on the same device.
  • The number of active days you’ve played Ultimate Team™.
    • An active day is when you’ve played three full matches in Ultimate Team™ and logged in to the Web or Companion App within a calendar day, following UTC timezones, per Ultimate Team™ account.
      • Playing more than three matches per day won’t increase your chances of unlocking the Transfer Market.
    • Learn how to set up EAS FC Playtime to see your time spent and matches played.
Here are some examples of how many active days of playing it takes to get access to the Transfer Market.
  • For an Ultimate Team™ account that’s in good standing, and is the only account that’s been created on or logged in to from a device, playing two active days will normally earn you access.
  • For an Ultimate Team™ account in good standing that’s not the only Ultimate Team™ account that’s been created on or logged in to from a device, it should take at least four active days to earn access. Depending on the number of Ultimate Team™ accounts used on a device, it could take longer.
    • If you share your device with siblings or friends who also play Ultimate Team™, it may take more time for each Ultimate Team™ account to earn access.

How to know when you’ve earned access

We’ll send a message to your Ultimate Team™ account in-game to let you know when you unlock access. You can also check the Web and Companion Apps.

Getting blocked from the Transfer Market

You’ll get one of these messages in your Web or Companion App if your account is blocked from the Transfer Market:
  1. 1
“Your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion Apps due to breaking our rules. Although you can’t access the Football Ultimate Team™ Transfer Market on Web and Companion Apps for the current FC title, you can still use the in-game Transfer Market. Check the email associated with your EA Account for more information.”
  2. 2
“Your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market due to breaking our rules. Check the email associated with your EA Account for more information.”

Appealing a ban from the Transfer Market

If your account is blocked or banned, we’ll email you to explain why. We take these measures to ensure our communities remain positive, fun, fair, and safe for all.

Transfer Market bans don’t roll over from EAS FC 25 to EAS FC 26

If you were banned from the Transfer Market playing EAS FC 25 it won’t transfer to EAS FC 26, but you’ll need to earn access to the Transfer Market when playing EAS FC 26 for the first time. If you have a franchise ban from the EAS FC franchise, this will carry over to EAS FC 26 and affect your ability to access the Transfer Market.
