How to cancel your Club Pogo subscription

Go to www.pogo.com/cancel.

Log in. You may need to re-enter your password for security reasons during the cancellation process.

Select Continue Cancellation.

You’ll be asked to fill out an optional survey.
To complete the survey, select your reason for canceling, then click Submit and Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.
To skip the survey, click Cancel Subscription.

After you cancel your subscription, you can play until your subscription period ends. runs out. You’ll get an email confirming your subscription has been canceled.

If you haven’t signed in to your Pogo account in 35 months, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can cancel someone else’s subscription using the steps above. If you can’t log in to their account to cancel the subscription, contact us.
