How to pay with a credit card

    Go to pogo.com.

    Sign in or create an EA Account to sign in.

    Select Join Club.
  4. 4
     Select Try Free for 7 Days to get a 7-day free trial of Club Pogo before your paid subscription activates.

    Choose a plan that works for you.
    • 1 month: recurring subscription charged each month.
    • 3 months: recurring subscription charged every 3 months.
    • 12 months: recurring subscription charged every 12 months.

    Enter your credit card information, then select Continue.

    Agree to the Terms of Sale by ticking the box.

    Select Start Trial to start your seven-day free trial. Once the trial is over, your paid subscription will start, and you’ll be charged automatically. 
    • If the button says Complete Purchase instead, you’ve already used your free trial for Club Pogo. You’ll be charged immediately for your purchase.

How to pay with PayPal

    Sign in or create an EA Account.

    Select Join Club.

     Select Try Free for 7 Days to get a 7-day free trial of Club Pogo before your paid subscription activates.

    Select the PayPal tab.

     Select Add PayPal Account.

    Agree to the Terms of Sale by ticking the box.

    Check the disclaimer below the PayPal check-out button. 
    • If it says that you’ll be charged in seven days, it means your free trial is active. 
    • If it doesn’t, you’ve already used your free trial for Club Pogo.You’ll be charged immediately.

    Select PayPal Check Out button.

    You’ll be taken to the PayPal site to finish buying your subscription.

How to buy Gem Packs

To access the Gem Store, go to pogo.com, sign in, and click the plus symbol next to the Gem icon at the top of the page. Some packs offer bonus Gems: the larger the Gem Pack, the bigger the bonus you’ll get. Here are the Gem Packs you can buy. 
  • 10 Gems (no bonus).
  • 50 Gems (+5 bonus Gems).
  • 100 Gems (+20 bonus Gems).
  • 200 Gems (+70 bonus Gems).
  • 400 Gems (+200 bonus Gems).
  • 800 Gems (+525 bonus Gems).
  • 1,200 Gems (+1,050 bonus Gems).

What payment methods are accepted on Pogo?

You can use a credit card or PayPal to pay for a Club Pogo membership or buy Gem Packs. You must add one of those payment methods to redeem the free 7-day Club Pogo trial. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • JCB.
You don’t need to add a payment method to accept a Club Pogo Guest Pass. 

Why isn’t my payment going through?

Some prepaid cards limit or don’t allow online transactions. If your card issuer rejects your payment, the transaction won’t finish. Check with your card issuer or try using a different card or PayPal. Depending on your card provider's or bank's terms, additional charges, such as currency conversion rates and processing fees, may be added to the price you see on Pogo.
