Don’t cheat in-game

We want Skate to be fair and fun for everyone, so using cheats or hacks is against our rules. Cheating includes:
  • performing in-game exploits and abusing glitches or bugs
  • stat padding (abusing game features the way they aren’t supposed to be used to artificially stack scores)
  • using software or cheat tools that disconnect other players from the EA servers
  • teaming up and playing with other players who are using cheats or hacks.
We’re serious about the rules, and we keep track of how many times they’re broken. If you keep breaking the rules, we may close your EA Account.

Don’t make false claims

Making a false claim to EA Advisors or any other EA representative is against our gameplay rules. If you make a false claim, we might take action on your account.

Don’t hack other players' accounts

Accessing another player’s account is always against the rules.

Don’t be a troll

Using hate speech in-game or harassing other players is against our rules. Griefing, where you intentionally annoy others or block them from playing the game, counts as harassment.If you act offensively in-game, through in-game chat or your username, your account might be suspended.

Don’t share your credentials

Never share your credentials. Sharing your Skate account info means your account could get stolen, and we may decline to restore it. It’s always unsafe to trust others with your account details, no matter how safe they claim to be. When you share your credentials, you run a high risk of losing all your content and your account being deleted. EA will never ask for your password. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you get an email that looks like it came from us asking for your password, it’s a scam.For help keeping your account safe, learn more about phishing.
