What’s available to buy in the Web Store

In the STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes Web Store, you can buy packs and bundles using game currency or real-world money. The Web Store has three tabs that categorize what you can buy.

How to access the STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes Web Store

The STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes Web Store isn’t available to child accounts. If you’re under 18 years old, you won’t be able to access or use the Web Store.

To access the Web Store, you need to link your STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes account to your EA Account.

Launch the game and select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.

Choose Connect, then select EA connect.
If you don’t have one, create an EA Account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to link STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes to your EA Account.

How to access the Web Store with a linked account

If you’ve already linked your STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes account to your EA Account, here’s how to access the Web Store.

Go to the STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes Web Store and select Log In.

Log in using the EA Account email you linked in the game and select Send Code. We’ll send a verification code to your email.

Enter the code from your email, then select Submit.

How to pay for items in the Web Store

You can buy items in the STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes Web Store using game currency or real-world money.

Using game currency

Some items in the Web Store can be bought using Crystals or Ally Points.
If you buy something in the Web Store using Crystals or Ally Points, make sure you have enough balance on your account.
You'll get an error message if you don’t have enough balance.

Using real-world money

Select your item(s).

Enter your payment information.

Review your order and select Pay Now. We’ll send the purchase receipt to your email.

How to claim a Web Store purchase in-game

Items bought with real-world money

When you buy something in the Web Store using real-world money, you can claim it from your Inbox in-game.

Log in to STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes on your device.

Go to your Inbox. You’ll find a message inviting you to claim your purchase.

Select Claim to add the item(s) to your account.

Items bought with game currency

Items bought using game currency will be added automatically to your account.
Since items are added automatically, you don’t need to do anything to claim them.
We’ll send a message to your in-game inbox with details on what you bought.
Any free items you get from the Web Store are also automatically added to your account without needing to claim them.
