How to report other players in STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes
- 1Before reporting, double-check our Rules of Conduct to make sure what you’ve encountered breaks our rules.
- 2If you’re sure another player broke the rules, let us know by filling out this form.
How to report other Guild members
If you’re having issues with another member of your Guild, but it’s not something you can report them for, reach out to your Guild Leader to let them know. Here are some details that might be useful to share with your Guild Leader:- the username of the Guild member you’re having issues with
- further information about your issue with the Guild member, the behavior you encountered, and when it happened.
What happens after reporting a player
Reporting another player doesn’t mean they’ll be banned automatically. Once you submit the form, we’ll investigate and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t inform you about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.How to mute other players in STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes
If you’re having trouble with another player but their behavior doesn’t break the rules, you can mute them instead.- 1Find and select the player you want to mute in Chat, Guild and Ally rosters, or invites.
- 2Select Mute/Report and choose Mute.
