How to report other Guild members

If you’re having issues with another member of your Guild, but it’s not something you can report them for, reach out to your Guild Leader to let them know. Here are some details that might be useful to share with your Guild Leader:

the username of the Guild member you’re having issues with
further information about your issue with the Guild member, the behavior you encountered, and when it happened.

The decision to remove a Guild member rests with the Guild Leader. Even if you disagree with your Guild Leader’s decision, we can’t make them remove any member they don’t want to. Remember, you don’t have to stay in a Guild with someone who isn’t fun to play with. You can always join another Guild or start one of your own.

What happens after reporting a player

Reporting another player doesn’t mean they’ll be banned automatically. Once you submit the form, we’ll investigate and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t inform you about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.

How to mute other players in STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes

If you’re having trouble with another player but their behavior doesn’t break the rules, you can mute them instead.

Find and select the player you want to mute in Chat, Guild and Ally rosters, or invites.

Select Mute/Report and choose Mute.
