About the Education career in The Sims 4

The Education career comes with The Sims 4 Discover University Expansion Pack and has two career branches:
  • Administrator 
  • Professor.
To join this career, select Find a Job from the phone or computer and choose Education.A Sim, with her hair tied up and wearing a red patterned cardigan, sits at a desk grading homework.

Education career tasks

Want your Sim to climb the academic ranks? Help them complete their daily career tasks to earn a promotion. These tasks change depending on which rank of the career your Sim is at. To check what tasks your Sim needs to complete, open the Career Panel (the briefcase icon in the bottom right of the screen) in Live Mode

How to Grade Homework

    Open your Sim’s Inventory, the box icon in the bottom-right of the screen in Live Mode.

    Select Teacher’s Padfolio of Student Homework and choose Grade Homework

How to Review Lesson Plan

Using the computer, select Career > Education Career > Create Lesson Plan. 

How to Review Budget Proposals

Using the computer, select Career > Education Career > Review Budget Proposals. 

How to Write Scholarly Paper

Using the computer, select Career > Education Career > Write Scholarly Paper.

Using this cheat promotes your Sim by one rank in the Education career. You can use it multiple times to reach the top of the career path.

    Type careers.promote education into the cheat dialogue box and press Enter.
