Are you trying to log in to your EA Account but forgot your email address or password? You can find your EA Account info on the EA app or in the menus of most of our games when playing on console.
- Launch the EA app and log in to your EA Account.
- Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 lines) in the top left corner of the app and select Settings. If you’re on Mac, you can find the Settings screen in the dropdown under EA app on your taskbar.
- Click My Account.
- Under My profile, click Manage.
- A browser window will open with your account settings on EA.com. On the About Me tab, you’ll see a preview of your email address.
- Open an incognito browser window.
- It’s important you use an incognito browser, because your normal browser can have issues with the cache.
- Go to the Sign In page on EA.com.
- Sign in using your phone number, or select one of the platform buttons and sign in using the email address that’s linked to your platform account.
- You’ll now be logged in to your EA Account.
- If you’re asked to verify your account, follow the steps.
- Select the Manage My Account tab and choose Change Email Address from the dropdown.
- Under Email Address, you’ll be able to see part of the email address you used to create your EA Account.
If you want to change your email address from this page, follow these steps.
You can’t log in to your EA Account using your Nintendo Switch™ platform account, even if it’s linked to your EA Account.
These steps are for console games (PlayStation and Xbox) only.
EA SPORTS FC™ 24
- Scroll right in the menu to Customise.
- Open Online Settings.
- Open EA Account.
Here you’ll find your public ID, your email address that’s linked to your EA Account, and your join date.
Madden NFL 22, 23, and 24
- Sign in with your PlayStation ID or Xbox gamertag.
- From the main menu, scroll to the right until you see the three dots icon. Click on it to open.
- Click on Settings.
- Open EA Account.
You’ll see the email address tied to your EA Account at the top of the screen.
NBA LIVE 18 and 19
PlayStation:
- Go to Settings, then Online Settings.
- Choose your EA Account.
Xbox:
- Scroll right in the menu to Settings.
- Click on Xbox Live.
Your EA Account email address will be at the top of the screen. You can update your NBA LIVE 18 & 19 info on EA.com.
NHL 22, 23, and 24
- Find and open Settings.
- If you didn’t pin it, scroll down to find all menu options.
- Open Online Settings.
- Open EA Account Info.
Here you’ll find your public ID, the email address that’s linked to your EA Account, and your member date.
UFC 4 and UFC 5
- Find and open Settings.
- Go to Account and click on EA Account.
You’ll see your public ID, the email address that’s linked to your EA Account, and the date you joined.
