If your underage child forgets the password for their EA Account, learn how to reset it by requesting a password reset.
Make sure you use your child’s EA Account ID when you request a password reset, and not your email.
If you request the reset for your email address instead of their EA Account ID, it will reset the password for your account instead of your child’s.
- Open the EA app.
- Click the Forget your password? link on the sign in pop-up.
- Enter the EA account ID for your child’s account — not your email address.
- Click Send.
- We’ll send the password reset link to the parental email address. Then you can update the password and sign back in.
