If you’re playing Apex Legends Mobile and need help, the fastest way to get help is by contacting us in-game. Use the steps below to learn how.

The best way to get help in Apex Legends Mobile is by contacting us in-game. There are a few places you can do that:

  • When you launch the game, tap the question mark (?) in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Go to Settings, then tap the Avatar icon next to the Logout button.
  • Go to Settings, tap Privacy & Legal, then under Customer Service tap Help.

If for some reason you can’t contact us in-game, you’ll need your ID. Use the steps below to get it.

Have your Apex Legends Mobile ID ready anytime you need to contact us, but can’t use the in-game option.

  1. Tap your profile avatar in the top-left corner.
  2. Under Profile, find your username. You’ll see your ID above it.
  3. Click the document icon to copy the ID (it looks like a piece of paper with its top-right corner folded down).

The Apex Mobile Player ID shows above the username under Profile.
