See how to upgrade your EA Play for PC membership to EA Play Pro for extra benefits, like unlimited access to our newest games.
EA Play Pro is not available in Brazil.
EA Play Pro is our premium membership tier for EA Play for PC that lets you play the latest and greatest EA games before anyone else. It also gets you:
- unlimited access to all our best games and brand new releases.
- access to the best editions of our top games with all the added extras, including in-game rewards, Season Passes, and premium player content.
- access to select new games before they’re released to the public.
- a 10% discount* on EA digital purchases including full games, expansions, points packs, and more.
If you’ve already got an EA Play for PC membership but you’re ready to go Pro:
- Go to your EA Account Settings.
- In the navigation panel on the left-hand side, click on EA Play.
- Next to Membership, click Change.
- On the new page that opens, click Change Membership.
- Choose whether you want to upgrade to the monthly or yearly plan for EA Play Pro, then click Confirm Change.
Congratulations! Now you can make the most of your membership with EA Play Pro.
Once your payment goes through for the upgrade, we’ll refund you for the remaining time on your paid EA Play membership. That refund will go back to your original payment method.

What if I want to downgrade?
Follow the same steps for upgrading, but choose EA Play instead of EA Play Pro:
- Go to your EA Account Settings.
- In the navigation panel on the left-hand side, click on EA Play.
- Next to Membership, click Change.
- On the new page that opens, click Change Membership.
- Choose whether you want to downgrade to the monthly or yearly plan for Basic, then click Confirm Change.
Once you’ve confirmed, you’ll still have your EA Play Pro membership until your current billing cycle ends.
What about my games?
When you upgrade to EA Play Pro, you can pick right back up where you left off.
If you’ve downgraded to EA Play:
- You might not have access to the same games you’ve been playing with EA Play Pro if they aren’t included with an EA Play membership. That includes some of our most recently released games, in addition to other games on occasion.
- The games in The Play List may be different editions than the ones you were playing, so you may not have access to all of the same DLC and content.
If you’ve pre-ordered one of our games that you’ll now have access to with your EA Play Pro membership, you can cancel your pre-order:
- Open your Order History.
- Find your pre-order.
- Expand the details for that order by clicking the + (plus sign).
- Click Cancel under the Pre Order heading.
