Follow these steps to get help in-game or find your User ID in case you can’t access the game.

If you’re playing EA SPORTS FC Mobile and need help, the fastest way to get it is by contacting us in-game. Follow the steps below to learn how.

In-game help User ID Can’t access the game?
  1. Tap the Settings (cogwheel) icon on the home screen.

  3. Tap the arrow icon next to Customer Service and follow the instructions to get in touch with us.

  1. Tap the Settings (cogwheel) icon on the home screen.
  2. Your User ID is on the top-right corner, after UID. Screenshot or write it down before contacting us so you have it ready.

If you need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, go to this page and choose the available option to get in touch with an advisor. We’ll need your User ID to help you. Without it, we can’t find your account.
