Missing Points in EA SPORTS FC™? Follow the steps below to find them.
Try these steps first to see if you can find your missing FC Points.
- Confirm your purchase went through by checking your transaction history on the platform you made the purchase on.
- Restart your game, then check for your FC Points.
- Check the EA SPORTS FC Direct Communication channel (@EASFCDirect) for any issues that might be preventing your EAS FC Points from coming through.
- Check the server status for the platform you’re playing on. If there are any current server issues, check your FC Points again later once they’re fixed.
If you bought Points on PlayStation®, head over to playstation.com to get help finding them.
If you bought them on Xbox, go to Xbox Support.
If you still can’t find your missing FC Points after 24 hours, we’re going to need some information from you to help investigate. We’ll need:
- your proof of purchase
- your persona name (EA ID, PlayStation™Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where you’re missing your EAS FC Points
- your console or platform (PlayStation®, the EA app, Steam, Xbox, Nintendo Switch™)
- the time, date, and time zone you bought the FC Points
- the number of FC Points you’re missing
- if you bought a code for FC Points, send us the code
- any other details about your issue.
Once you gather that information, go to the page from the list below based on which FC title you’re playing, and select the available contact option to get in touch with us.
If you’ve played EA SPORTS FC™ 24 and aren’t seeing your Points in EA SPORTS FC™ 25, you need to transfer them yourself. Check out our article to find out how to transfer your Points.
If you’re in Japan, your FC Points will be removed if you don’t use them within 180 days of receiving them.
FC Points aren’t available for purchase in Belgium.
