At EA, we exist to inspire the world to play. Part of making play fun is ensuring that our players can express themselves in a safe and fair community. We’ve put a few rules in place to make sure that happens.
To learn more about our complete rules of conduct, read Section 6 of the EA User Agreement.

When playing EA games or using our services, you should strive to be the player you want to play with. Keep these rules in mind and follow them to help make our community enjoyable and safe for everyone.
Our games are a place for you to express yourself and your individuality. But it’s not just your space; it’s everyone’s. We all play a role in helping others feel like they belong. Always be mindful and compassionate to anyone you interact with. Harassing, bullying, threatening, abusing, or any other harmful behavior towards others is not acceptable—ever.
Here’s how to report any harmful behavior in EA games or services.
Games are at their best when everyone can play on a level playing field. Make sure you understand and play within the rules of our games. Never use cheating, phishing, hacking, spamming, or unsupported features to disadvantage other players.
Don’t promote or be involved in unauthorized buying, selling, or farming in-game currency. Any schemes that give you an unfair advantage spoils the experience for everyone and affects fairness. Always play fairly.
We love it when players create content about our games or join in community forum conversations. When contributing to our platforms, it’s important to share only helpful, quality content. Use good judgment and share fun, respectful stuff that’s appropriate for everyone. Uploading illicit or offensive content, adding corrupt files, sending spam, or anything else that could damage our games or systems ruins it for everyone, including you.
These days you can play your favorite games from almost anywhere. As awesome as that is, to make things safe for everyone, it’s vital to keep it safe and legal when playing our games. A good rule of thumb is if it’s illegal in real life, don’t do it when playing our games, and be sure to report any harmful behavior you encounter.
Always keep in mind the above guidelines and follow the complete rules of conduct in EA’s User Agreement. If you don’t play by the rules, we might issue warnings or temporary suspensions to remind you to make changes so you can stay in the game. In serious or illegal cases of rule-breaking, we'll permanently ban your EA Account without warning to protect our players and employees.
