We know that earning access to the Transfer Market is important to you. So here’s what you need to know to unlock access:
Note: Our advisors can't grant access to the FIFA Transfer Market, nor can they tell you when you’ll get access.
If you’re brand new to FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT), you’ll need to earn access to the Transfer Market before you can use it.
If you’ve accessed the Transfer Market in previous FIFA games, you may get access right away if your FUT account is in good standing. But if you need to earn access again for FIFA 23, read on to learn how.
Playing more than three matches per day won’t increase your chances of unlocking the Transfer Market.
We’ll send a message to your FUT account in-game to let you know when you’ve unlocked access. You can also check the Web and Companion App to see if you can access it.
One thing to remember: to continue using the Web and Companion Apps after October 17 at 11:59 p.m. UTC, you’ll need to buy a copy of FIFA 23.
If you get this message, your account has been blocked from the Transfer Market on the FIFA Web and Companion Apps due to breaking our rules. You should still be able to use the Transfer Market in-game from your PC or console.
When you break the rules, we’ll send an email with more information to the email address that’s tied to your EA Account. Don’t see one? Check your junk or spam folders, too.
This message means that your account has been blocked from the Transfer Market both in-game and on the Web and Companion Apps, due to breaking our rules.
If you get a block or ban on your account, we’ll send you an email that explains why. We take these measures to ensure our communities remain positive, fun, fair and safe for all.
Your Transfer Market ban won’t roll over to FIFA 23, but you’ll need to earn access again using the information above.
