Get help in your game

From the main menu screen, tap the cogwheel on the top-right corner to open Settings.

Tap Help and follow the instructions on your screen to get in touch with us.

Find your User ID

From the main menu screen, tap the cogwheel on the top-right corner to open Settings.
See your username on the top-right corner of the Settings menu? Your User ID (UID) is below it.

TIP: Save your UID (a screenshot is an easy way to do this). You’ll need to have it ready if you’re ever locked out of the game and need to contact us.

Can’t access the game?

If you need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, go to this page and choose the available option to get in touch with an advisor. We’ll need your User ID when you get in touch. Without it, we can’t find your account.
