- On the EA Help homepage, enter the title of your mobile game into the search bar.
- Select the mobile game you need help with.
- Select See all help topics.
- Select Manage my account on the left side.
- Select I need help recovering my mobile game.
- Select the available option to connect with an EA Advisor.
