After purchasing a game through Origin, you will see your Origin product code in your receipt email, Order History, and the Origin client.

After purchasing a game through Origin, locate the code in the receipt email that you should have received. You need this code to install your game.

If you cannot find the serial number, or you have deleted the email, you can find your code in your Order History by going to Origin > EA Account and Billing... > Order History or directly by clicking My Account.

  • Sometimes after making a purchase from the Origin Store, you may not receive an email containing your Product Code.

Find your code in the Origin client

  1. Restart the Origin client.
    • Close it by clicking Origin in the menu bar and selecting Exit, then open the client to log in again.
  2. Go to your Game Library.
  3. Right-click the game’s tile and select Game Properties.
    • You will see the Product Code in this window. 

Once you find your product code, you can then redeem your code to create a digital copy of your game.

What to do if you lose your code and didn't install through Origin

If you lose a code for an EA game that you did not install through Origin, contact us by phone or chat so we can help. 

When you contact us about your game code, we may require your proof of purchase.
