If you used Google Play Points to buy a Galactic Advancement Kit, it may not be delivered to your SW:GOH account instantly.

The Google Play Points site may tell you that your Small/Large Galactic Advancement Kit is now available in-game, but it can take a few hours for that purchase to show up there.

Here’s how to make sure everything’s working as it should:

  1. You got a Success message on Google Play when you redeemed your Play Points.
  2. You got an email to your Google Play email address with a receipt for your purchased Galactic Advancement Kit.
  3. You restarted the game if it was open when you redeemed the points.
  4. When a Kit is added to your account, you get two messages in-game:
    • A pop-up message telling you you’ve successfully redeemed your Google Play Points.
    • A message in your Inbox titled Transaction Successfully Processed which shows the items you received and has a Dismiss button on it.

If you’ve waited 24 hours and you haven’t seen the messages from Step 4, get your Proof of Purchase ready and contact us.
