There are two main things that can prevent you from seeing your Springfield when you play The Simpsons: Tapped Out. Both are related to your EA Account login.
On the home screen, log in with your EA Account, and you should see your Springfield when you start playing.
Sometimes your login will timeout — particularly if it’s been a while since you last logged in, you’ve updated the app, or if you’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Some of us have more than one EA Account. Double-check to make sure you are logged in to the right account.
If you’re not, just sign out and sign back in with the right one.
If you were playing anonymously or as a guest (meaning you didn’t sign into your EA Account) we may not be able to help find your missing Springfield.
