Overview

If you’re having problems downloading or updating your games, clearing your device’s cache can help.

How to clear your cache

Clearing your cache can’t fix problems like game outages or servers going down, but it can help fix common issues like:
  • the EA app being stuck in offline mode or not updating itself
  • games not downloading
  • game downloads or updates being stuck on a certain percentage or on “Waiting for download”
  • games that seem to be “missing” from your EA app Library.
If clearing your cache doesn’t solve your issue, check your server status.
Follow these steps to clear your device’s cache.
