If you see someone breaking the rules, the best way to report them is in-game because it automatically grabs the info we need to look into it. Learn how to report a player in Mass Effect: Andromeda.

How to report a player in-game

    Press Esc to load the score screen.

    Click on the player that you want to report.
  3. 3
    Select the reason for reporting the player.
  4. 4
    Tell us where the incident you're reporting happened.
  5. 5
    Give us any other additional information that will help us investigate.
  6. 6
    Click Submit.

How to report a player from the lobby

    Click on the player that you want to report (this opens the EA app overlay).

    Click the ellipsis button (...)
  3. 3
    From the dropdown menu, choose Report.
  4. 4
    Click on why you are reporting them and fill in the details.

    Submit your report.

    Join the Multiplayer Lobby.

    Press the Space key or left-click on a character to inspect the loadout of the player you’re reporting.

    Press the Space key or left-click again to view their profile.
  4. 4
    Click the down arrow at the top of their profile page.
  5. 5
    Select Block User.
  6. 6
    Click Block User.
Once you block someone, they won’t be able to chat with you or view your profile.
