What’s an EA Gift Card?

An EA Gift Card is a prepaid card available in certain countries that you can use on the EA app and EA.com. You can gift one to a friend or add funds to your EA Wallet. They’re available in different amounts, depending on where you live. 

What’s an EA Wallet?

Your redeemed Gift Card balance is in your EA Wallet. When you buy something, we’ll automatically use any available money in your EA Wallet before using other payment methods.If you want to use a specific payment method other than your EA Wallet balance, you’ll need to choose it before making a purchase.

What you can buy 

You can use the Gift Card balance in your EA Wallet to buy: 
  • games as digital downloads
  • EA Play memberships
  • Pogo products (US residents only)
  • any real money items available in EA’s PC games.

Where to buy EA Gift Cards

Once you’ve redeemed your first Gift Card, you can’t redeem Gift Cards from other countries. Wherever you redeem a Gift Card for the first time will become your designated country.Gift Cards are available in different amounts, depending on your region. For more info, see the EA Wallet Terms and Conditions.
EA Gift Cards are only available in the following regions:

  • Brazil

  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Netherlands

  • Sweden
  • United Kingdom

  • New Zealand

Through local retailers

You can buy an EA Gift Card through local retailers. When you buy one in-store, you’ll get a receipt for your purchase that includes instructions on how to redeem the card.

Online

Head to EA.com to find participating online retailers in your region.  

How to redeem a Gift Card

    Go to the Payment and Wallet tab of your EA Account.

    Select EA Wallet then Add Funds.
  3. 3
    Type in your EA Gift Card code.
  4. 4
    Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  5. 5
    Select Submit. 
We’ll deposit your Gift Card funds into your EA Wallet.

To redeem on Pogo

If you’re a US resident, you can also use EA Gift Cards on Pogo. Here’s how to redeem them.

    Sign in to your Pogo account.
  2. 2
    Redeem your card using this link.
  3. 3
    Select what content you want to redeem using your Gift Card and choose Select.
    • 275 Pogo Gems (plus 25 bonus Gems)
    • 3 months of Club Pogo
  4. 4
    Type in your EA Gift Card code and select Continue.
  5. 5
    Confirm your redemption info is correct.
  6. 6
    Select Apply Code.
