How to report a player on Pogo

Here’s how to report other players for breaking the rules on Pogo. You can report a player from your friends list, your inbox, or from the chat.

If in-game reporting isn’t available, go to the Report a player webform or the Report illegal content webform.

Visit https://www.pogo.com/friends and sign in using your EA Account details.

Using the search box, enter the username of the player you want to report. If you’re already friends with the player, they’ll appear on your friends list.

When you find the player you want to report, select their avatar image. A popup will appear.

Choose Report User or Block User.
If you select Report, explain in detail what happened. Reporting will also block the player.
If you select Block, you won't see any messages sent by blocked players.

Open the message you received from the player you want to report or block.

Hover over the Report/Block icon beside the player’s screen name. A dropdown will appear.

Reporting a player automatically mutes them, so you won’t see their comments in chat.
