If your underage child lost the password for their EA Account, learn how to reset it by requesting a password reset.
Make sure you use your child’s EA Account ID when you request a password reset, not your email.
If you request the reset for your email address instead of their EA Account ID, it will reset the password for your account instead of your child’s.
- Click on Forget your password? on the sign in pop-up.
- Enter the EA account ID for your child’s account — not your email address.
- Click Send.
We’ll send a verification code to your email address. Then, you can enter the verification code and update the password to sign back in.
