Future Cities is a SimCity BuildIt feature that lets you transform your city into a futuristic society. To unlock Future Cities, simply tap on the NeoMall site between your Vu Tower and the mountain area. If you meet the unlock requirements, the Future Cities Advisor will appear to help you bring your city to the future.

What is the NeoMall?

The NeoMall is where you can buy rare items like Shop Speed-Up 12x Tokens, Vu items, and area expansion parts. You can only buy these items with NeoSimoleons. When you unlock the NeoMall, you’ll get a starting stash of NeoSimoleons for a shopping spree.

Once you’ve built your NeoMall, you can start building OMEGA homes. Tap on the residential building menu to see the new OMEGA zones.

OMEGA homes have more residents than normal buildings and will help send your population sky-high. They also produce NeoSimoleons to use in the NeoMall. You can use OMEGA homes to expand your NeoStorage and NeoBank capacity. Use OMEGA items to build and upgrade OMEGA homes.

When two or more OMEGA homes in close proximity to each other are upgraded to the maximum level, they’ll form Sky bridges.

Services for OMEGA homes

Don’t forget to build Power, Water, Sewage, Waste Management Services, and other Basic Services for your OMEGA homes.

• ControlNet: ControlNet powers OMEGA homes and has its own coverage area.
  • Find it in the ControlNet Services menu.
• NeoBank: Unlike other residential buildings, OMEGA homes produce NeoSimoleons, so remember to collect and save them in your NeoBank.
  • You can find your NeoBank in the Government Services menu.
• Drones: Stay alert to crime, health, and fire emergencies in your OMEGA homes by building Drones.
  • Find them in the Drones Services menu.

With OMEGA items, you can build and upgrade OMEGA homes. You can produce OMEGA items in the OMEGA Research Center or buy them from the NeoMall.

You need two buildings to produce OMEGA items: the OMEGA Lab and the OMEGA Research Center.

OMEGA Lab

1. Drag the Simoleons icon to the OMEGA Lab to start processing.
2. Wait for OMEGA material production to complete.
3. Select the OMEGA materials when they’re ready for collection.

You can build up to six OMEGA Labs in your city.

OMEGA Research Center

The OMEGA Research Center takes those materials and creates OMEGA items.

1. Select OMEGA Research Center and drag the OMEGA material into a slot to start researching. Research time will vary.
2. When it’s done, tap on the boxes to collect your random OMEGA item and other rewards.

To store your OMEGA items, go to the OMEGA Storage in the Government Services menu. If you need more room, tap Increase Capacity.

Can OMEGA items be sold?

You can only sell OMEGA items to neighboring Mayors. You can’t sell them in the Trade Depot or the NeoMall.
