Limited support for EA games

Some of our games aren’t supported on EA Help. Why this happens can depend on a number of things, including: the launch of new games in a franchise, a change in the active player base, or improvements being made to features and modes, just to name a few. For a complete list of games we no longer support, check out our service updates page.For mobile games, we recommend backing up your app purchases. If you uninstall the app without backing it up (via iCloud, iTunes, Google Play, Facebook, etc.), you might not be able to re-download it.For help with your EA Account and other general issues, try these links.
